Guest access

You’ll have full access to the entire penthouse, including the rooftop deck, gourmet kitchen, and all amenities during your stay.

Other things to note

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be asked to authorize a damage deposit for up to $500 via third party provider Truvi in case of accidental damage during your stay. This will include a small services fee of just $10.

The property is located directly on Main Street, which occasionally closes for local events. To ensure you can still access the home during these times, we provide a Resident Event Pass. You will only need this pass if Main Street has been shut down for the event.

If you arrive while an event is happening and the street is closed, simply park temporarily on the street just above Main Street. From there, you can walk to the property to retrieve the event pass, then return to your vehicle and use the pass to access Main Street.

Important: Please check the local event schedule for your checkout day as well. Street closures may affect your departure time, so plan accordingly to avoid any delays with your travel plans.

If you are bringing more then one vehicle or your vehicle wont fit in our garage, There is a paid parking garage within a 4 minute walk from the property. Prices vary depending on seasonality and is not managed by us but a third party vendor. China Bridge Parking Garage. Additional Parking spots at this location are first come first serve.

The AC unit on the roof is a commercial grade unit. This means it works very well and cools the home well but also means it can be heard on startup at times.
